      There is none seriously telling

      Cons

      No work life balance. No real life expectations. No management. No process of IT companies. No one will cooperate with you at work in so called Team. If you ask someone, It wastes their time and decreases their efficiency - Thats how they explain TEAM work

      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance and until they were acquired in 2016, it was an enjoyable place to be. During my time there I found most of the managers to be very fair and understanding.

      Cons

      It was hard to be successful - no one seemed to be available to cross train.

      Extremely flexible work/life arrangement and the company strongly encouraged diversity

      Cons

      Before I left, there was an emphasis on working on multiple projects but I did not feel there was enough cross training to allow for successful switch to a project that you were not familiar with.
