      Pros

      I started my career here in insurance, and have gotten a lot of good managers along the way. Very fun job, from underwriting to sales.

      Cons

      Fast paced never enough culture Systems are slow and outdated Management has a lot of idiots, who just slow the processes One bad manager and boom your job sucks all of a sudden Pay is not very competitive, livable but not competitive Bonus is disappointing every year, same with the raise I will most likely go elsewhere once I have enough experience, then come back for a promotion. That seems to be the way to do jt

      Paid every 2 weeks and 6% 401k deposit annually.

      Cons

      An executive who is proud to say she's studied traumatic brain injuries, yet demeans, belittles, and talks about direct reports and others behind their backs, creating a hostile work environment. The company is proud to say that they are a "command and control" environment, which fosters the egotistical maniacs in leadership positions. One of the most divisive and least healthy companies to work for in my entire career.

      Usually contained to normal 9-5 hours but can fluctuate depending on your department and or managers.

      Cons

      Communication from the highest level of management has been poor. Often news spreads like a game of telephone. Unrealistic workloads.
