      Was supposed to be the place to work

      But unfortunately wasn't, bad processes and spreadsheet heavy underwriting. Manager's are to reactive. Do not employ enough decision makers and going through a tumultuous period. If there is a team you should never work on then it is the one in the Manchester NUC called the P&P team. Avoid getting a job on that team.
