      - a lot of room to grow and move around internally, management is very supportive - huge company so there's a lot of different types of opportunities - cafeteria onsite - interesting work

      Cons

      - somewhat outdated technology - not enough formal training for staff - sometimes the employees who have been here the longest don't want to change the approach on how things are done - culture could be better. not very inclusive, people come to work to get their work done and leave (might be a pro depending upon what you prefer)
