      Pros

      As former ACE employee, I am excited about the future as our companies are now one. Two respected, profitable, ihdustry leading companies have come together to bcome the market leader. From my view, the integration has gone well, and the company had a compelling message to deliver to our clients and employees on day 1.

      Cons

      Our company cultures are different, which gives us the opportunity to take the strongest aspects of both. It will take some time for the culture to emerge.
