      Pros

      Best people I've ever met. Amazing respect and environment. Don't ever pass up an opportunity to work here. You would never regret it. Management is perfect, compensation and benefits are incredible. Culture is unlike any company I have ever seen. The only reason I had to leave was because of the acquisition, but even as they laid me off, they treated me with an unprecedented severance.

      None....Not a single one. I could never say anything bad about the company and they laid me off! LOL

      Flexible work schedule, relationship culture, senior leadership very approachable and hands on, managers encourage growth and actually help you work towards your goals.

      Pros

      Largest publicly traded insurer in the world. Chubb name is highly regarded. Financially solid. Wide range of product offerings in 54 countries.

      Cons

      Culture is changing rapidly. Tenure and experience do not seem to be appreciated; practically scoffed and laughed at by senior managers. Afraid work/life balance will be history, family life won't matter, the nicest people will not survive.
