      There is a lot of room for "manager discretion". Benefits are excellent. Tries to create a comfortable environment for all employees. Volunteer opportunities within local community.

      Cons

      Once you've joined, material salary increases are difficult to come by. Work-life flexibility seems to depend upon manager.

      Chubb has excellent technology and opportunities to work in other roles within the company. Chubb is the largest p&c insurer in the world.

      Cons

      Communication at Chubb is not great. Workforce tends to be older. Work environment is stuffy and traditional. Pay was on the lower end.
