      Do not work this company. Chubb does not care for their employees.The ceo won't even try to get to know his employees. He won't even share an elevator with his employee. Do not trust management, they are not looking out for you at all. They only think about how they can use you for what they need. Do not be tricked. They pretend like they care but they have hidden agendas. There is no work life balance. Please find a company where they are investing in their employees. Chubb is not one of they, you are replaceable to them.
