Smart, driven colleagues, fantastic brand and knowledge base in the industry. Very collaborative approach, everything from underwriting to managing a group. Lots of support and a very strong culture. HEAVY promoters of talent from within. Higher % of compensation variable, from what I've seen from other competitors.

Cons

Slow to move in the face of change. Do what they do very well, but hesitant to embrace new ideas/less entrepreneurial. Strong political culture, important to network internally for success. The pending acquisition by ACE provides a lot of uncertainty.
