      Pros

      Chubb is an amazing company to work for if you are motivated. There are so many opportunities and the supervisors and managers are really supportive. They make everyone feel like a valuable asset to the team. They encourage growth, culture, and community service. I can't say enough good things about this company. They even have a room for nursing moms.

      Cons

      No cons to mention. I would only recommend that you come ready to put your best foot forward to take advantage of the great opportunities here. This is not a place for get in get your paycheck and get out people. You'd be doing yourself and the company a disservice.

      Pros

      Great Company with great people that walk the talk. Solid experienced staff with well disciplined underwriting practices. Promotes ethical behavior and provides great benefits.

      Cons

      C-suite leaders not investing in the company. 100% focus on shareholder returns rather than much needed system support, training etc.
