      Good diversity of people, strong work ethic amongst employees

      Cons

      Since the Chubb was bougth by Ace the transition period has been difficult, but I expect that to improve.

      Pros

      Chubb has great management, structure, and direction. If they offered me a full-time position I would have taken it.

      Cons

      There were really no downsides. I liked the job a lot, I just was not full-time. Plus parking was not free.

      Broader UW appetite and products with combined expertise and local UW presence. No complaints re compensation, but all is still in a state of flux.

      Cons

      Still feels like 2 companies working alongside one another. Should be better with time. Legacy Ace systems and support lag and must modernize to be competitive in today's market.
