      Pros

      The company itself can be a great one to work for provided you are in the right department.

      Cons

      Stay away from corporate IT. While the company as a whole promotes work life balance that is far from the case in this department. Working from home is rarely allowed yet you are expected to be 'on call' 24/7. The management team does not seem to be really concerned about the well being or moral of the employees.
