      Pros

      The company has a good reputation in the marketplace with solid financials, which gives job security. Benefits are decent and there's a good amount of paid time off but you are always too overwhelmed to actually use all of the days.

      Cons

      The work loads are extremly excessive which make it tough to meet corporate goals and expectations. The entire company is under-staffed and upper management has made no attempts to actually hire additional employees. The company is beyond conservitive and rarely changes with the marketplace. The systems are literally from the 1980's which creates a massive amount of manual processes. There is an over-emphansis on diversity and promotions are not solely granted on talent or skills.

      The company is very good at work life balance.

      Cons

      Low pay and no room for growth. Not to mention the systems are very old and it's hard to get work done.
