      Pros

      There is supposed to be flex time. But it depends on the manager.

      Cons

      Very slow place. Management had no appreciation of work done. Many people are just hanging there waiting for their retirement.

      I cannot think of one.

      Cons

      Its all who you know. No respect for employees. Just a constant 'take take take' attitude from management, even when our company out performs all others in the industry - they cannot show one ounce of appreciation. Instead they layoff numberous employee's who have shown nothing but loyalty to the company by spending their entire 25+ year careers here.
