      Excellent learning opportunity in a corporate environment

      Pros

      Good benefits, generally good and supportive management. Generally generous vacation policy and personal days off policy. Given time and the willingness to relocate, promotion opportunities are there.

      Cons

      Promotion can be difficult if you are unwilling or unable to relocate. In general, they have a very reserved and conservative style of management, so may be 'boring' so to speak for some.

      *Laid Back - Mostly people are not aggressive and its' not cut-throat environment *Benefits - PTO, profit sharing, medical, pension, and etcs

      *Very Political - You have to be on your toes all the time if what you say and who you are talking to *Promotion is about who you know vs. what you know
