Little regard from upper management for employee welfare. A lot of recent reductions in employee benefits and flexibility.

Chubb is very conservative and sometimes misses the boat due to the old style of thinking. The culture at Chubb is very strong and somewhat unwilling to change. The business customers as well as IT management take a "It's good enough" attitude towards processes and work flows, as opposed to thinking "How can we make this better?" Many of the employees at Chubb have been working there for more then 15 years so as a result they often view change as an evil thing.
