Forcing people to go into an office without any management or even anyone from their department is ridiculous. People are so overworked and expected to be on all 24/7 for customer needs, what about a work life balance?! Management is an absolute disgrace. They have no idea what’s actually going on and are all too stuck up to care about their employees. Don’t work here. The technology is also SO inefficient and outdated. The systems look like they are from 1997 and don’t work most of the time. It’s impossible to be productive with an insane workload and systems that are antiquated and do not work.
