      - severely underpaid compared to market standards - senior management is lacking and will make promises of a promotion, but never follow through - If you can handle the workload, they will continually add on more work without extra compensation or support - inhibits the growth of your personal brand

      Excellent work environment. Coworkers are great, managers trust their people to do their jobs without micromanaging, no drama, everyone is very friendly. Team-oriented. Flexible work hours, especially during COVID. Long-time employees are quick and happy to help newer employees. Excellent benefits!

      Cons

      Workload varies across the year and can become overbearing at times (but manageable if you're organized) Systems are outdated and can be frustrating and difficult to learn.
