      Pros

      17 days PTO was nice, but hardly worth it considering how much work you would have when you came back.

      Cons

      Overworked and understaffed. There was a lot of turnover. Everyone was basically expected to work overtime because of the high volume of work. You could easily do the same job for a different company for the same pay, and have a vastly better experience.

      Decent benefits package, ok company to work for.

      Cons

      Team managers micro managing, no consistent treatment of team members, favouritism of certain people, vaccancies advertised are not what they seem, looking to hire over qualified people. No real career progression unless you are prepared to be a suck up. Hiring new inexperienced team leaders.
