      Pros

      The salary, benefits and coworkers are the pros.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance and minimal flexibility. Morale is low because the company is removing hybrid work options. CEO has declared the company a work from office company. Departments are short staffed and loyal employees are then overworked. Too much sacrifice of mental health, physical health and family time required to meet increasingly higher and arbitrary goals.
