      Your coworkers are your family, great pay, advancement. Coworkers really are fantastic...................

      Cons

      Since being acquired, company has gone down hill. Benefits cut down and more expensive, less family oriented, no work life balance.

      Pros

      Great company full of people who genuinely work hard and care about what they do. There is plenty of room to grow and the company fosters growth, training and helping the employee be at that full potential.

      Cons

      Post merger there are a few growing pains but people are coming together more and the company shows they are trying. Downtown La parking is not paid by company.

      Stable career. Decent 401k benefits. Decent number of PTO days.

      Cons

      Insanely boring. Unpleasant people. People with so-so skill-sets seemed to be promoted more than people with advanced skills based on favoritism. Most people seemed to have drank the cool-aid and believed the company was in it for them, then seemed shocked and betrayed when we were acquired. Are you serious? It's corporate America. Pay increases were small.
