      No room to advance, stuck in their ways without looking for ways to improve, multiple departments doing same work, unsupported worker bees

      Pros

      Leadership, while tough and demanding, is very smart and business saavy. Focus is on underwriting first and sales second; have not received an excess of pressure to grow in a down market where competition is insane.

      Cons

      New org structure, post ACE/Chubb integration, is incredibly convoluted and confusing. The NACI / Major split creates an 'us vs them' vibe in the field with leadership on both sides of the house seeming to 'look out for their own' within the legacy companies. Does not feel as though we are one company.

      Wow, u am struggling to think of a pro...free coffee? Window seat? Don't need raise my hand to ask permission to use restroom?

      Cons

      Senior management is a joke and out of touch with reality. It's a do as I say not as I do culture. The workload and expectations are impracticable. You cannot expect employees to work excessively and produce a quality product. Existing staff who have been there for a while know the game so they do less work and still manage to get similar raises and bonuses has those who work harder and longer hours. The company is not flexible and there's no trust in their employees. Working from home is viewed as a vacation from the office and is not encouraged.
