Chubb in for a rough year

Pros

Good low level management and team engagement. Upper level management is terrible.

Cons

Return to office. 50% goal increases while almost half the seats dont have butts in them. Chubb management is exclusively looking out for themselves and it shows. They are so disconnected from the day to day.

Worst Management

Pros

Work life balance is good, there is no pressure work wise.

Cons

Lack of transparency. as time goes on, it becomes clear that internal politics often overshadow performance. There’s a noticeable lack of clarity around how year-end ratings and recognition are decided — feedback loops are limited, and decisions seem to be made behind closed doors.

Pros

- Mostly cool, friendly people - Compensation & benefits are very fair - CEO of Greece is a very very nice person - You get chances to learn (not in a structured manner, but still...)

Cons

- Onboarding is chaos due to lack of organization & documentation - Mostly old systems & tools were used in project development (slowly transitioning towards newer stack) - Project members in some occasions are abroad causing friction/difficulty in communication - Office space is really sterile, no fun to be at, and often no seats are available - Career paths are unclear for everyone - HR is mismanaged, providing vague responses to employee questions - Trainee program tends to stretch people's limits and tends to contain useless material
