      Antiquated systems but good if you can find a fit.

      Pros

      Good pay. Opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Lack of training. Difficult to learn culture. Horrible 401k match (3%). DOS systems. No authority to do anything. Referrals take hours and are not standard, all free form, so it depends on your management tree.

      Pros

      Training is good, people are nice and helpful.

      Cons

      As with many companies, Chubb now expects more with less. Really pushing the work-in-office/hybrid 3/2 work schedule. Technology is terrible. They don't seem to want to retain talent.

      Pros

      Time to complete tasks at hand properly. Benefits and salary are great. Systems work somewhat better than other insurers. Systems are single sign-on (SSO) which is awesome for work flow.

      Cons

      Not a lot of choice for fleet vehicles and are base models. Work life balance is horrible. Very busy environnement. Underwriting push back a lot on recommandations instead of trying to understand them. Bosses seem to push issues away instead of dealing with them which can become frustrating over time.
