      Pros

      I like the current 2 days from home, 3 days in the office schedule. The company compensates employees for effort. In the couple years I have been here, I have consistently received raises/promotions and yearly bonuses. There is room within the company to grow. I receive feedback often. Floor supervisors are connected to the employees.

      Cons

      Upper management can be a little disconnected. Starting pay is typically higher at other companies in the area. CEO has very out dated views on work/life balance. Office can feel a little stuffy.

      • Burnout culture •Management is resistant to new work force (remote work) •Good talent leaving the organization for stronger compensation and culture. The compensation for some roles even by experience can be significantly under market value. •A lot of IT talent is outsourced and this practice continues to grow • IT lacks diversity and this impacts our ability to track and retain new talent
