Pros

Good infrastructure, company is very well recognized within the insurance market and good - not great - benefits. There’s a lot more that could’ve been done for the employees but no one really cares.

Cons

Below average salaries, stiff culture, Senior Executives and people like to be considered gods, they don’t really care about their talent and growing those people with potential.

Really great people Managers listen/help as much as possible Senior underwriters are super helpful to answer questions Pretty competitive salary / benefits Easy systems to use one you do it a few times

Cons

They're growing rapidly, and there's not enough people on the each team 8am - 5pm job turned into 7am - 11pm just to keep head above water Overlap between divisions with similar products that cause confusion for customers (and employees)
