      Pros

      Almost every person you encounter is intelligent and a high achiever; nepotism is very rare.

      Cons

      High volume workload and tight deadlines; expectation to work long hours, including nights and weekends if necessary to meet deadlines; generally understaffed; tough rating system, especially within legal , which effects compensation (blanket "achieving expectations" is very common; minimal salary increases (typically 2-4%); lack of promotions/upward mobility

      Pros

      I love the Chubb foundation and it's charitable works.

      Cons

      No life outside of work due to work load. Annual salary reviews are unfair. Amount of work and quality does not matter, it all depends on what they want to give to you. Manager seems to make things up just to give a lower salary increase. Seems only my direct manager knows what I do, above him they do not know how hard I work.
