Don't just see all the positive reviews here, as they are from paid partners. One of the worst experiences. Leadership need to be trained on how to treat people. Managers like Aditya Agarwal are harassing the freshers as well as senior employees. No proper project plans, manager just dump a work and expect a good result every time. This Manager's behave like they are the CEO of the company, despite complaining multiple times to HRs and Senior leaders nothing happened as the company is small in India and no policies for managers at all. More than work they focus on micromanaging you.

Yesterday in an internationally broadcast Town Hall meeting a young woman asked a question of Evan Greenberg, our CEO, and his response was to note that it was a good question, and then he asked if she had come up with it herself or if she had had help.

Despite heavy workloads and high production, annual compensation review results in salary increases (~1%) lower than annual inflation. Salaries are lower than most competitors. Very little appreciation shown for quality work and company loyalty. Company demands more and more each year but does not reciprocate with compensation. Very little potential to advance. I've not learned anything or evolved professionally in many years. Management refuse to address uncompetitive pay in a fair manner. Best to find employment with a competitor.
