      Pros

      Most of the people you work with are nice. If they aren't relatives and friends of management. Beware - do you really know who you're speaking to?

      Cons

      Outright discrimination against women and minorities.. From salary, assigned workload, right down to PTO. Look at the disparity in the male and female ratings of the company. The company talks inclusion but lives exclusion. Only since BLM has the company promoted women and minorities. When things quiet down those women and minorities will be gone.

      1. Employees lack professionalism 2. Senior employees are rude , bosses are rude 3. higher management is worst 4. poor management techniques 5 . Favoritism to few employees 5. Dont care about contractors 6. No proper policies defined 7. No work life balance. 8. Indian managers are very rude to the junior employees , behave like their servant. 9. Too much cross questioning in case of any small mistake.

      They dont follow EEO at this company . Manager and other person are friends at outside of the firm . She got promotion from analyst ( Grade 21) to AVP(grade 27) after they have removed 4 people in just matter of 2 years of time . all of them are removed during merger process. i dont know how HR supported this issue and manager and boss are good relationship and they know each other from years.

      Can we we remove others job for no reason to promote some in the office
