      Pros

      Great company, great people and management. Good pay, benefits, and strong bonus.

      Cons

      Sad to see Chubb be acquired by Ace. No other carrier values their employees like Chubb. You can see that in the short time the acquisition finalized. Once known as the Cadillac of insurance carriers will likely turn into the Ford of insurance carriers.

      Pros

      Exceptional benefits and retirement savings plans; money to be had; strong company; competitive ESPP; decent number of company holidays and time off.

      Cons

      Middle Management is out of touch with their staff and has too many unrealistic goals. Management routinely employs a "do as I say not as I do attitude" and their leadership style has too many double standards (WFH, vacation black outs, etc.). Some people are in leadership positions who have no idea how to lead. Frequent infringement on your work/life balance. Not much room to grow unless you are in the right network

      Pros

      Pay, travel, hours, and focus on the customer are areas that they excel in. Prior to the merger, tenured staff was common.

      Cons

      Merger pains, forgetting that talent is important, not everyone is replaceable. Speed to decision is admirable but not without some thought to the end product.
