      Pros

      Chubb offers stability, opportunity for advancement via management rotation program, great benefits, work on independent adhoc projects to gain visibility, depending on your team- great work-life balance, and great management.

      Cons

      I've been with the company over 10 years. Although, there are opportunities for advancement, it may be a challenge to move ahead in some areas of the company. That is why I'm giving a 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 star rating. Every experience is different. Despite my personal experience, I strongly urge you to consider CHUBB. You're experience may be different.

      Flexible work schedule. Rewarding and challenging job responsibilities. Friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Restructuring of the company has created a sense of job insecurity. Many jobs are being eliminated or outsourced. Pay rate is low compared to competitive companies.

      They are big and powerful and influential in the industry.

      Cons

      Trouble redefining its culture mixing ACE employees with Chubb employees. May work out over time, but it will never be the old Chubb.
