Pros
-I really appreciated the people I worked with who were very decent and reasonable individuals. -Chubb has strong executive leadership and great brand image. -They seem to take care of senior leaders. -Genuine efforts made to improve the quality of work environment (Summer Fridays, random meals provided, regular happy hrs) -Lots of young and social staff members -HR does a great job from the interviewing through onboarding process. Very impressed by that team -Great location in Old City neighberhood of Philadelphia
Cons
-Very corporate feel, which can be draining if that's not your cup of tea -Disorganized direct management structure -The work itself did not feel engaging or motivating. Limited line-of-site to impact. -Manager/VP to staff ratio felt high
