      Pros

      Cisco is a great company. The benefits are excellent and they work hard to treat their employees well.

      Cons

      Over the past few years, Cisco has been consistent about having annual "limited restructuring" layoffs. Currently, Cisco prospects in China are dampened by the U.S. restriction of Huawei. Best to work for a group that is in one of Cisco's core expanding markets.

      The Site in Israel lack of oppertunities of promotion, new roles. CIsco doesn't have any new roles to offer and promote
