      It's a challenging place to work. There is a lot of flexibility, and good benefits and facilities. International company make it more fun to work

      Cons

      The management is bad, there is no interest in personal and career growth. Depending on the group and BU, there is little teamwork and a lot of self interest.

      Stable place to work - except for the current layoffs. (Many more layoffs than are publicly announced BTW!)

      Cons

      I could go on for a long time but a quick summary is no chance for career advancement based on merit, effort, and results. That pretty much sucks the life out of your achievers and innovators now doesn't it. The company prefers to "buy" it's way in to new markets rather than doing something inspiring. Cisco's future is like Microsoft's present. (Wouldn't you rather work for a company like Apple?)
