Pros
Basically this is a good place and good company to work in. You have great and cheerful engineers as colleagues. The atmosphere between workmates are easy and comfort. Here you can learn much technical things from workmates. And you also have the chance to research new and tough technologies.
Cons
A too large company. So the opportunity for new comers is not much. The chance of promotion usually fall down to these guys with good achedamic background (PhD., gratuated from famours university, etc.) or have good personal relationship with management teams. As a normal engineer, if you can not find the chance to show your self to the high level management, then may be your chance of promotion is also few.
