Pros
Collaborative work environment. Everyone loves what they do and as a result, they work as a cohesive unit. Great leadership, not too much of a heirarchy. If you have a good idea, then you can take it to the top. Very responsible socially too. A lot of community service opportunities and they definitely care about others. This is not any other greedy corporation. It's a wonderful place where you can grow and develop rapport with fellow employees. Cons
I really don't think there's anything wrong with Cisco. I'd say the only probably is that it is so large, that it is hard to find your way around the company. But that's the case with any other company of this size as well. I would suggest that they strengthen their internal communications, otherwise things will get lost in translation. They're also placing a great emphasis on the future, but if these projections turn out to be remarkably inaccurate, this could be very detrimental to the company and your long term future. So theres' a risk involved, as is the case with most tech companies
