      Pros

      Flexibility in work schedules, well managed financially.

      Cons

      The company is comprised of acquired business units which can have very different policies in the way they treat engineers. The Engineering staff has become overwhelmingly staffed by Non-US citizens. The lower levels of management included. Manager / Employee relationship increasingly reflects the values of the managements culture of origin.

      Pros

      Compensation, Benefits, Process & Operations, Management Training. Facilities were excellent; IT support was outstanding.

      Cons

      Reward and ranking systems foster an environment when there is little work/life balance. To be successful, employees know that they must always work harder and longer than their peers. Some business units have stagnated...little opportunity for new challenges and learning. It is also metrics-driven to a fault. Acquisitions were handled badly, from a people management point of view.
