Pros

Cisco is a great company to work on and develop your carreer further. You will learn from many qualified colleagues and Senior Managment in this very competitive and fast pace company.

Cons

The flexible working makes you fail in your work-life balance. You will end up working 70-80 hours per week without having a personal/family life. Do not join the company as a contractor because you will be working like a fixed employee without having any benefits and neither management support or training.

Cons

Lack of growth, stock price not going anywhere. Too complicated for good decision making and takes too long to make decisions.
