Pros

1. Good innovative products. 2. Flexible work hours. Even if you work for 5 hours a day, no issues. 3. Good transport facilities at affordable cost. 4. 10 % of the people you meet are "REALLY BRILLIANT".

Cons

1. Very Bad mid-level managers. They just play politics and destroy people's career. 2. Very poor hikes given. You should be prepared to get NO hike for 2 years. 3. Your immediate manager is GOD for you. If he turns a spoilsport, then you are doomed.

Pros

There are lots of opportunities within the company so you aren't necessarily stuck in one position. Very open culture that allows any employee to approach senior level management easily. And flexible work environments allows many employees to work from home on a regular basis.

Cons

Management is not very good at planning projects and there seems to be a shortage of resources in spite of the large number of employees. In many cases, engineers become managers without learning without improving their people skills. Compensation and rewards are not the best for employees that stay at the company. It seems like the best way to grow your salary is to leave.

Pros

The are a very ethical and respectable company, with a very flexible work policy. They continually solicit feedback from employees on internal policies and meeting effectiveness. They offer many different challenging job roles within the networking field, and large campuses to keep internal moves from affecting your commute.

Cons

The hours are long, they have a forced ranking system, and there is lots of internal competition over engineering projects and resources. Execution is all-important and quality suffers. They are overly-frugal... employee families are never invited to company events.
