There is a game room and the shuttles between buildings and to BART/caltrain is nice.

Cons

There is not much work to do. It can get very boring. And there are so many meetings that most of your teammates are never free to help you.

Pros

An excellent yearly review system that results in an impressive bonus. Management is accesible and each year you have an opportunity to have a lunch with the CEO (and many others with the same birthday of the month) and ask him a question if you want to. Egronimic services are available to customize your desk if that is what you need.

Cons

there could be more effort to compete with the tech start ups in providing a more interesting workplace. The offices are a bit drab.

Work life balance Average people so opportunities to stand out Stable job For people want to have laid back job with work life balance it could be good place to be. But not a job where one could learn lots of new things unless you learn on your own.

Cons

Pass the buck attitude with most of the employees Not much learning as everyday work is mostly maintenance and fixing unreadable/bad old code Low pay Most of time will be spent on deciding who's work it is as people are good at passing buck around. Being proactive and taking up more responsibilities can fire back with more work with little or no recognition.
