The best run company I've ever worked at.

Pros

Empowerment, Responsibility, and both encouragement and opportunity to grow skills and knowledge. I've worked for several high-tech companies and this one is the best run of any I've ever worked at.

Cons

Management on average isn't as technical as other companies I've worked with, which probably limits the complexity of the projects we've ended-up tackling in the past. The company understands this and is actively working to address the issue. I'm hopeful that the changes our BU is undergoing will address this in the not to distant future.

This is a very stable company and a good future ahead being the leader in most of the products in market from Cisco.

Cons

The growth in career and growth in development of self can be slow. Not much atmosphere for innovative thinking, though it is appreciated by the management.

Pros

Big company, easy to change jobs and even roles within the company. Has a health center and a Walgreens, which is very convenient for us the employees. Really good health care benefits.

Cons

Very burocratic... It is hard to get anything done when it comes to internal processes (buying equipment, etc).
