*Difficult to move up in grade. Job post almost always want x number of years of experience but no one will give you a chance to get the experience. *Instead of layoffs, Cisco is not doing backfills. Everyone still here are overworked and stressed out. *Raises are also hard to come by and not inline with inflation. *Change is a constant. You could be move to another even before you get to know your team so you have to start from scratch again and again. *When the company decided to begin change to unlimited PTO, the admins got left behind. They also changed the rules by implementing tiers (under 5 yr = 16 days, 5-10 yr = 18 days & over 10 yr = 20 days). The problem is everyone had 20 days before this implementation. Not only did Cisco not include the admins community in the unlimited PTO (I just looked at 20 EA job post and 99% of them offer unlimited PTO), they did not grandfather existing admins. If you were hired just before the change, you automatically lost 4 PTO days.
