Ups & Downs, Decent Pay, When's the Next LR
Pros
Depends on your team, level of experience, tolerance for redundant/ever changing leadership, your individual manager, and how much wondering if you'll be impacted by the next LR bothers you. This can be a great place, there is money to be made/opportunities for advancement, but as with anywhere not all managers are created equal, which of course makes a huge difference in your experience. Don't expect smooth sailing for extended periods.
Cons
Constant Leadership changes, Redundant leadership, depending on the manager they can be amazing or unfortunately they can be awful and fall into the stereotypes you see across the tech space. LRs constantly, even after they say "we cut deep enough this time so we don't have to put everyone through this again" just to have another 5 months later.
