Pros

Fully remote. Managers literally don't care where you are located or where you take calls from.

Cons

They hire as contractors through recruitment companies and there is zero consistency in salary. They say up front that they don't guarantee 40 hours, but the truth is they don't even guarantee 30 hours, despite it being a full time position. That said, they expect you to be available 8 hrs/day. You are not allowed to bill any time to Cisco. All time is billed to the project you're on, so if you have no time left on the project to bill against, you don't get paid for that time. They mandate that you take a "day for me" a few times per year unpaid and the last two weeks of the year are mandated off days unpaid.
