Too many politics in the upper management Talks about collaboration and remote options but asked to come to office 3days mandatory and 2 days good to have. An year back or during covid they were too flexible saying remote helps improve productivity and so on It is all due to Indian old mindset people in top management who wants to show the strength by foot-falls. Especially in collaboration BU this has become too boomerish to talk to top management who doesn't even want to understand the current trend. People come from service industry and wanted to please their bosses. Ask why is that not happening in US location, most of my team members are remote. Also politically everyone is trying to pull others leg so they wanted to showcase their pride

I came from splunk acquisition so may not be the same for other Cisco employees - Hard path to promotion - Lack of role understanding from senior leadership - a lot more bureaucracy
