Pros
Great benefits, Cisco does really care about it's employees and it does have an impact on your day to day work.
Cons
The team is not the best. The skill level of employees varies greatly and sometimes you will find yourself having to work with poorly skilled people who are really just slowing you down or you'll feel like you are training them. This holds specially true if you come from a a top company in your professional field where you're used to working with the best.
