Pros
You get to work in a place where you are able to do home office and manage your own time in order to bring results, so teleworking, videoconferencing, and high use of online collaborative tools is a must. As an engineer you will work with the latest technology in the networking industry, and will be involved with high profile customers.
Cons
As it continues to grow, it's becoming more and more bureaucratic. There are many processes in place to do almost every activity, and there's also an excess of surveys or polls to measure many of the aspects of work which is needed but when every area does this many times you spend a lot of your day just answering surveys. Lately, at the end of each FY there were major global restructurings which included layoffs, change in strategies, elimination of products/business units
