Pros

Flexible work programs (AWS/FWS/work at home), opportunity for movement within and around the company, huge organization with lots of businesses and people to meet

Cons

Too big for its own good; bureaucracy creates too much red tape, hard to get things done across businesses since company is so incredibly large.

Pros

Benefits are good and the people i work with are great.

Cons

I work at a call center and it can literally drive you crazy. There alot of people that actually take prescription drugs in order to deal or leave on short term disability. Taking back to back calls for hours is just not enjoyable. Especially if the people you talk to are enraging and moronic yet make more money than you.

Pros

The hours are great, and vacation time and ability to take time off is fair.

Cons

See headline. Management has zero regard for tenure. New employees are paid competitively and treated well, allegedly valuable existing employees have conceded to the fact that there will be no bonuses for the foreseeable future, promotions mean nothing, and they need to be looking for new jobs.
