Pros

Good work life balance. Most managers and peers are respectful towards each other. Good resume builder and place to start but not necessarily build a career

Cons

promotion and opportunities for growth often based on favoritism and not performance. Mediocre salary and bonuses. Can get stuck in one position easily.

Great place for self starter

Pros

Great place for self starters, can gain experience in many different areas simultaneously. Pay is above average. Can work from home when required.

Cons

Long hours are common. Senior Leadership in Canada does not see the value of training or promotions. No vision for Canada and now everything is moving to the U.S or India. Citi will probably not have any presence in Canada in a couple of years.

Pros

Best in class company, good pay and benefits, plenty of opportunities if you work hard and want to continue learning

Cons

Too bureaucratic to be agile enough to get things done easily and too many layers of management impare speedy reponses to business issues
