Pros

Citibank really does have a very supportive, flexible work environment. The benefits and amenities at the site are really quite nice. Childcare, gym, cafeteria, break rooms, etc all make for a pleasant work environment. The direct management is a great group of people. They will go above and beyond for their employees. The training is extensive and the direct managers will do everything in their power to get advancement opportunities for you. You don't have to work there for 10 years before moving up to another department or getting a promotion. The vacation time alone makes working there worth it. I really do enjoy working for Citi!

Cons

The pay scale needs to be adjusted for people that are performing more complex jobs. Based on competitor pay I think Citi is shortchanging it's front line people.

Pros

The salaries are competitive and they go the extra mile for women, minorities, and international employees.

Cons

The political culture is deeply embedded. People only want to hear that everything is going well.
